If your looking for the best blanket size chart you’ve come to the right place! *confetti* Yup! A crochet beginner can find just about anything they need to know here. I think that’s totally awesome!
Oh, hold up! You can find me on Instagram @AshleyDylanLife.
So you want to know Blanket sizes? What a quintessence that I have just the chart for you! Let’s get started!
As you can see below, I have sizes for lovey, security, preemie, stroller, receiving, toddler and throw. When making a crochet or knit blanket, I didn’t see a need to go above a throw size. Maybe because that’s the biggest I could possibly imagine myself (that loves smaller projects) making any bigger. And well, since you seem to love following me 😊 (thank you so much for that) thought you might feel the same way. Especially if you’re a beginner.
Best Blanket Size Chart
Type Of Size | Measurement By Inches |
---|---|
Lovey | 12 x 12 |
Security | 16 x 16 |
Preemie | 18 x 18 |
Stroller | 30 x 35 |
Receiving | 40 x 40 |
Toddler | 45 x 55 |
Throw | 55 x 65 |
I remember when I was working on my very first crochet project. I have no clue what I was thinking. So yeah, let’s just make a single crochet, full size blanket with textured yarn. That’s seems like the best idea possible. Ha! You can guess if that project ever got finished. So yeah, if you’re a beginner sticking to smaller projects like a washcloth or even a scarf might be a great idea! 😉
